Nov 12, 2025The Apple Pencil 2 works really well
The Apple Pencil 2 works really well. It pairs instantly, charges wirelessly on the iPad, and the latency is basically non-existent. I use it for taking notes in class and it feels just like writing on paper. The double-tap feature is handy for switching tools. My only issue is the price. $129 for a stylus is a lot. I got mine on sale for $99 which felt more reasonable. At full price I think it's overpriced but there really isn't a better alternative if you want the full iPad experience. It does what it's supposed to do perfectly.
