The Apple Watch Ultra 2 GPS + Cellular 49 mm is useful, but my experience was more average than amazing. The watch came ready to pair and the setup screens were easy. Mine had a band that looked used, which was not terrible but also not excellent. It handles calendar alerts and tracking walks fine. It costs more even used. The price helped make up for some of the flaws.
