I'm giving the QC Ultra Headphones 5 stars because it fits the way I actually use audio gear day to day. I do not need it to be perfect in a laboratory sense. I need it to turn on, connect, sound good, and not annoy me. This one does all of that. I use it mostly for studying, and that is where it has been the most useful. The condition was cleaner than most used electronics I have bought. That mattered to me because I have ordered used electronics before that looked much rougher than the pictures. Here, the ear cups feel soft for hours. I also noticed that battery life has been solid for my use. There is a small downside because Immersive Audio is not for every song, but I stopped caring after the first day. For the lower price, I think it is a good value. I would recommend it.

The QC Ultra Headphones is okay, but my review is more middle of the road. I like that battery life has been solid for my use, and for basic use around train rides it does the job. The condition was almost new condition, which is acceptable depending on your expectations. My problem is that my ears got warm after a long session, and I also noticed that there were small scuffs near the hinge. Neither issue completely ruins the product, but together they make it feel less premium. I would tell people to buy it only if they are comfortable with a little risk.

The item arrived in condition not as described, which was better than I expected for a used/open-box style item. My favorite part is that the ear cups feel soft for hours. Setup was straightforward and I did not have to fight with the noise canceling the way I have with cheaper brands. There was one small thing: the app needed an update before it behaved, but it was not enough to bother me. I would buy it again.
