I purchased the HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini for front desk workstation, and it has matched that use case very well. The unit arrived with light scuffs on the lid. I appreciated that the system arrived clean, wiped, and ready to go without a pile of unnecessary software. For normal office work, web apps, video meetings, and document editing, it feels much faster than an older full-size desktop I replaced. It is not something I would buy for gaming or heavy creative work, but that was never my expectation. The fan stays quiet during ordinary browsing, email, and spreadsheet work, which matters because it sits right next to my monitor. I did not buy it because it was the fanciest option; I bought it because the price made sense.
