The laptop arrived in body looked close to new, which was better than I expected. The 512 GB storage gives me enough room that I am not constantly deleting files. It starts quickly and does not get loud during normal work. The value was the main reason I picked it. The laptop arrived in screen was spotless, which was better than I expected. The laptop arrived in better than expected, which was better than I expected. Its not perfect but for the money I'm happy.
