I got this as an open-box item and it looks almost new. Not a single scratch or mark anywhere. The packaging was a bit beat up but the trackpad itself is pristine. It paired instantly with my MacBook Pro and the gestures are incredible. I love being able to swipe between desktops and use pinch-to-zoom in Safari. The haptic feedback is really convincing. Battery life seems great so far. For the open-box discount this was an amazing deal.
