I loved these for the first month. The ANC was incredible, the sound was great, the fit was comfortable. Then the left earbud just stopped producing sound. I tried resetting them, cleaning the mesh, everything. Nothing worked. I had to send them in for repair. They're still under warranty so it should be fine, but it's frustrating to have a premium product fail so quickly. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer.

I've had these for about two months and I've noticed that the left earbud is slightly quieter than the right. It's subtle but once you notice it, you can't unhear it. I've cleaned the mesh, checked the balance settings, everything. It's definitely a hardware issue. I'm going to contact Apple support but it's frustrating to deal with on a premium product. The sound quality and ANC are great otherwise.

They're good earbuds but they're not $250 good. The ANC is impressive. The sound is clear. The integration with Apple stuff is smooth. But the build quality doesn't justify the price. The case feels cheap and scratches easily. The battery life is average. My $80 Soundcore earbuds were 80% as good. You're paying for the Apple logo. If you have money to burn, go for it. Otherwise, there are better values out there.

In windy conditions, the mic picks up a lot of noise. For earbuds at this price, I expected better call quality. They're fine for casual calls but I wouldn't use them for important work meetings.

For $250 I expected better longevity. The sound quality and ANC are great when they're working, but what's the point if the battery doesn't last? I'm considering switching to Sony.

If you already have the first-gen AirPods Pro, honestly, don't bother upgrading. The differences are minor. The noise cancellation is slightly better. The sound is a tiny bit fuller. The volume swipe is nice. But it's not a $250 improvement. I got these as a gift so I'm happy with them, but I wouldn't have bought them myself. The case having Find My speaker is useful though, I'll give them that.
